Prospero opened 2019 and is run and owned by us, David Arvidsson and Niklas Näselius. Of course we meet in the kitchen and worked together on and off for several years before we took the step to open our own restaurant. The idea was to open a restaurant that we wanted to go to ourself.
A visit at Prospero should feels like going home to a good friend for dinner, the only thing is that your friend happens to be a very good chef. Sustainability is also very important for us, both when it comes to food and wine, but also for ourself and our staff.
