At Prospero we serve an à la carte menu consisting of snacks and dishes in various sizes. Here we cook the food that we want to cook with the best ingredients to be found at the moment, that makes the menu changeable from day to day.
Our idea is to serve ambitious food, but in a relaxed environment. We work mostly with nordic products but take inspiration from the whole world when it comes to techniques and seasonings. The menu change a lot beacuse we write the menu based on the products that is best at the moment. All beverages is carefully chosen from small producers, both when it comes to wine and non alcoholic beverages.
