We opened Prospero in an old café on Roslagsgatan in Stockholm in april 2019. After having worked together and realizing we where connected by a dream to change and make better. To cook good food limited by the swaying of the seasons, relaxed and available for everyone. We welcome you to share it with us.

At Prospero we serve a set menu at 545KR that changes monthly. This inspire us to work with what we can get our hands on from the many small scale producers we work with. It also drives us to preserve the abundance for the darker months of the year when fresh produce is not an obvious choice.
Our philosophy also expresses itself in the drink menu. The beverages come from purposeful producers who share our passion for sustainability. This is ensured by our picky suppliers who we work closely with. The focus is on interesting wines from all around Europe but we always have a selection of locally made brews, fine spirits and house-made non-alcoholics available.
